We create databases that look at your existing information so that additional input is not required. A few small control and parameter tables are created to facilitate the correct output. This requires minimal maintenance.

Through the use of queries and menu driven macros, the database summarises the information required.

Spreadsheets linked to the database provide info at the press of a button in the form of charts, pivot tables and elegantly formatted reports. These can be accessed interactively.

As most people are familiar with Excel, they can copy and customise the output as they require without the frustration and cost of requesting changes from IT specialists.

We advise, devise and implement improvements in procedures and processes where we identify cost and efficiency gains.

We employ “Best Practice”: continuous, incremental improvement.

There is minimal interruption to existing operations; no Big Bang changes; we take a calm-water approach. Your personnel are trained to maintain and further develop the processes although we continue to be available.
